Leeteuk and Kang Sora meet for the first time on ‘We Got Married’

When they finally met in the empty movie theater, Leeteuk blushed and frantically looked around, garnering much laughter from the audience. Leeteuk then finally said, “Are you going to be my wife? Thank you.” To which Kang Sora confessed, “I woke up from my sleep a several times last night” while blushing.

Kang Sora also added, “I read the articles but there were a few other girls that were on the news as well so I wasn’t too sure“. Leeteuk, not knowing what to do or say, blurted out “You’re very pretty” in order to express his feelings, but the awkward tension still prevailed.

During the interview after their meeting, Leeteuk commented, “I had prepared some stuff before the meeting but as soon as I saw her, my mind went blank“.

The members of Super Junior also expressed their languish as they monitored their leader struggle through the first date.

Leeteuk and Kang Sora confirmed for ‘We Got Married’

 The newest couple to join MBC‘s ’We Got Married‘ was finally been confirmed to be Super Junior‘s Leeteuk and actress Kang Sora! The two will officially join the show on October 8th.

In their first episode, the pair met in an empty movie theater for their introductions.

Leeteuk was very different from his boisterous image as an entertainer, for he showed a more serious side when meeting his ‘bride’. He even said, “I’m more nervous to meet my new wife than I was for Super Junior’s first broadcast. I’m excited to get married. I heard that my wife is a very beautiful lady.”

The new couple was hinted at briefly in a preview from last week’s episode.

Leeteuk: Our PD went to our company directly and got the CD and said it is for playing it as the opening song for today.
Eunhyuk: Yup.
Leeteuk: You cannot hear this song in other radio channel, because we havent gave to out company & hasn’t given them the CD yet. Although we don’t know if the other radio stations gotten it from other sources or not~

Leeteuk: This song is very nice~ (Then the two of them perform a little of their parts)
Eunhyuk: This time, I’m in-charge of the visuals, the first sentence was ‘Don’t don’t dont’ want…..’ (he means his the first visual voice)

Leeteuk: I said to him ‘Sungmin-ah, you want to try again?’ He said, ‘Nope’ In the end, we didn’t still win..

Leeteuk: Actually we went to Gangwon for shooting (Dream team), members were really tired, and the new team has already practiced for several days. Leeteuk: I am usually reminded of my life when I first debuted at around 4am in the morning, and all those tear jerking moments, so I always try to sleep before 4am; However, I am prone to leaving emotional messages on my CY between the times of 3:30am to 4am, when I get up in the morning and read what I’ve written, I would think “Ah, such a emotional guy……”
Leeteuk: It’s really easy to get emotional during the wee hours of the morning, there’s nothing weird about this; Everybody should just think of this as “Ah, maybe the emotions that come out at that time are the true feelings.”
Leeteuk: I just remembered the days before our debut, our members, DBSK members and all our managers, all 22 ~ 23 of us staying together; I don’t really remember how we managed to live, we would just lie down when we wanted to sleep, person against person, without knowing whether it was a head or legs beside us, and those days where we weren’t allowed to cry.
Leeteuk: Why couldn’t we treat our family members better when they’re around? Just like me, I thought about this when my elder sister went overseas to further her studies, but now we’re so awkward when we’re together, even my expression is impatient when I’m talking to my family members; Didn’t I went back this Chuseok? My tone when speaking was quite harsh, I could sense that my mother was near to tears, even if I was thinking “I shouldn’t be like this, this isn’t what I meant” in my heart, it just came out as harsh.
Leeteuk: We were really busy before our comeback, my psyche wasn’t really good; Although my psyche still wasn’t very good after our comeback, there were all those Chuseok recordings, music programs and various schedules, but these are things to be happy about; Even though there’s so many schedules, I’m still happy; Even though I wonder “Can I do this?”, getting only 2 hours of sleep per day for 3 weeks, thoughts like “Ah I’m going to die.” fill my mind, these are still memorable memories.
Leeteuk: Although I have no idea for how long I can continue with my activities, I will do my best in all my activities till the day arrives~!

Ah, you guys don’t need to celebrate for me, I’ve always celebrated this day by myself; On the 20th of September 2000 I succeeded in the auditions of my present company and signed the contract with them, that’s why I celebrate every year; Here’s my recommended song for today – Sechskies “젝스키스” – COME BACK “컴백” & H.O.T – Descendents of Warriors “전사의 후예”;
Eunhyuk: Back then the competition between trainess & companies were quite tough, our friend Junsu passed the audition first, my first audition was in 1999, I had to sing a song that I was good at; I am a rapper, so I didn’t really had a song which I had practiced, and I wondered what song I should sing; Back then Sechskies “Come Back” was quite popular, so I sang that song as it was quite compatible with my vocals;
Eunhyuk: A week passed by and Junsu called me to say “Hyukjae-ah, you didn’t pass the auditions……”; After this I thought and came to the conclusion “Ah that’s right, I sang a Sechskies song for my audition at the company who were promoting HOT, if I were Lee Sooman Seonsaeng-nim I would have thought ‘What is this?’;” It’s no surprise that I failed;
Eunhyuk: I decided to try again in 2000, I really wanted to pass so I wreck my brains thinking about what song I should sing; In the end I chose H.O.T “Descendents of Warriors” & Shinwa’s “First Love”; There were people who said that I resembled Jang Woohyuk-ssi, the audition Seonsaeng-nim also said “Well you look like him, please sing a short part of Jang Woohyuk then”;
Eunhyuk: So I rapped Jang Woohyuk’s part live, danced to a Fly To The Sky song, and passed my auditions.
Eunhyuk: This is why when you guys go for an audition, you must do your homework and check up on the company, see what artistes they have under them; The truth is, like me, I’m not handsome, my singing wasn’t that good, in truth there are many people who can dance better than me, being able to pass the audition, debut and be active until now, it all depends on luck, hard work and passion, isn’t it? Let’s not forget, a proper song choice~!
Eunhyuk: I had a really honest teacher in Primary 4, I was kind of naughty back then, so the teacher wrote honestly on the comments section “This student is dishonest, his concentration wavers……etc”, my mother blew her top after reading it; These aren’t things that are left on records for our whole life, what if my feelings were hurt? If there are teachers listening to our program right now, please write good stuff / compliments for your students~!
Eunhyuk: Well my mother, pfft……My mother still treats me like a child, she keeps calling me “My baby~”; My father has been calling me “Handsome son~” “Handsome Hyukjae-ah~” since I was young; Although I don’t know if this is the truth, bet hearing them call me this day in day out, it boosts my confidence, even making me a bit proud~!X3 This is why I’ve never thought that I’m ugly, I even think that I’m handsome~!

Super Junior's Leeteuk says, "I will go to the army next year."

Male idol group Super Junior's Leeteuk said, "I will go to the army next year," at the SMTOWN press conference held on September 4th in Japan.

From September 2nd to 4th, the artist of SMTOWN held a concert at the Tokyo Dome with great success titled "SM TOWN LIVE IN TOKYO SPECIAL EDITION." Leeteuk said at the press conference, "I was my dream to perform at the Tokyo Dome. And I achieved it before I entered the military."

He then added, "I am scheduled to enter the military next year."

Regarding the concert, "I'd like to start out by telling Kangta thank you. He said that we were good and that he envies us but we're able to do what we do because of our seniors. That's why I felt great when we were singing his song 'Light.' We performed our predecessor's song 'Light' as the ending song for the concert."

Super Junior's Heechul became the 2nd member to enter the military after Kangin and entered officially at the basic military camp on September 1st. While Kangin is set to return next year, Leeteuk will be leaving for his military services. An official date has not yet been announced.

Super Junior will hold their "SUPER SHOW" starting in November in Seoul, with plans of performing in Japan as well on December 10th and 11th. ELF Japan will also be officially established.

Super Junior’s Leeteuk is the first man to set foot in SISTAR’s dorm!

In an upcoming episode of KBS JOY’s ‘Super Junior and SISTAR’s Hello Baby‘, Leeteuk made a surprise visit to SISTAR’s dorm!

SISTAR’s dorm has never been shown on TV before, and even their managers have been barred from entering the sacred place. Despite the members blocking him from entering, Leeteuk became the first ever male to set foot in their dorm.

Leeteuk immediately put the opportunity to use by bringing out his variety skills. Not only did he dig around every corner of their rooms, but even revealed their diaries and searched for any traces of possible boyfriends.

Check out other fun scenes like Super Junior’s reaction to Leeteuk becoming a father and SISTAR’s cute display of aegyo in an effort to win the affections of baby Kyumin. It all airs on September 2nd at 12 AM KST!

Super Junior wins Inkigayo + Heechul Last performance

Super Junior won the ‘Mutizen’ award for the second week running. The scene was full of emotions, especially for leader Leeteuk, as it represented the last time Heechul would be on stage with Super Junior in a while before he leaves for the army in a couple of days time.

Leeteuk: Thank you Heechul for becoming a member of Super Junior, I love you.
Heechul: I am most thankful for our members, dongsaengs, please follow the hyungs, and my friend Jungsoo, our Teukie is so tired, thank you.

SISTAR & Leeteuk cast for season 4 of ‘Hello Baby’

SISTAR and Super Junior’s Leeteuk have partnered up as the new mothers and father for KBS Joy’s popular reality program, ‘Hello Baby‘!

‘Hello Baby’ is a show that features the process of idol stars raising their very own baby. The program was previously led by SNSD, SHINee, and T-ara.

Despite the fact that they’re about to make a comeback with “So Cool“, the ladies of SISTAR are hard at work filming for the show with every spare moment they have.

PD Im Yong Hwan has grabbed the megaphone for season four. He said, “‘Hello Baby’ season four is like Papa Leeteuk’s ‘Find Mom’ project. It will show the process of finding the favorite mom amongst the four SISTAR members. Putting aside the image as popular pop stars, SISTAR showed off their fresh, cute charms for the program, while Leeteuk showed off a dependable side.”

Unlike the past seasons, it will be the baby who is leading the show, not the parents.

The PD continued, “Before, we focused on the child being raised by idol groups, but this time, the focus will be through the viewpoint of the child.”

The show will begin airing on September 2nd through KBS Joy! aww cant wait XD
